Most teams hit a point where what got them here stops working. I help you get unstuck, figure out what's next, and build the systems to get there.
Whether you need technical leadership, a clearer growth strategy, operational systems, or someone to help you figure out what's actually in the way -- I bring the experience to diagnose the problem and the hands-on approach to help fix it.
That's where I come in.
Execution feels chaotic, priorities shift, the team can't get traction
Growth was working... until it wasn't
You need technical leadership without a full-time hire
Founders are stretched too thin to think strategically
Momentum exists but the systems to sustain it don't
You know something needs to change but can't see the path clearly
Any of this sound familiar?
SEE HOW I WORKI'm a product minded technical leader, full stack engineer, and coach. Throughout my 16 year career I've worked across teams and organizations from being an individual contributor shipping code to being a manager hiring and developing the next generation of ICs. I help people, teams, and organizations get clarity on what's not working and take action to change it.
Whether the growth is personal, professional, or financial, the work is the same: figure out what's really going on, decide what matters, and move forward. Every client needs something different. That's what I'm here for.
Ambiguous to Actionable
The framework behind every engagement.

Growth doesn't happen by accident. Every engagement is built around the people, processes, principles, and practices that make sustainable growth possible: for your team, your product, and your organization.
ongoing
Some teams don't need a full-time technical hire. They need consistent senior-level thinking from someone who has built, shipped, and led products before. Whether that means reviewing milestones and guiding architecture, coordinating a launch across onboarding flows, analytics, and ops, or being the technical voice in the room when decisions get made, I can step in and stay involved. Part-time, ongoing, invested in outcomes.
12 weeks
Sometimes the problem is not knowing what you actually want or knowing and not being able to move toward it. This is coaching for individuals and organizations who are stuck: stuck on a decision, stuck in a role, stuck on what comes next. Over 12 weeks we'll partner to get clear on what you want and figure out what's in the way so you can take action to make it happen. Not advice-giving. Partnership.
2 to 3 weeks
Most teams know growth isn't where it should be but struggle to articulate why. Ambiguity at that level is uncomfortable and expensive. That's usually where I start. I dig into how your team thinks about PLG, how experiments actually get prioritized and run, where ownership gets murky, and what's quietly getting in the way. You'll walk away with a clear picture of what's actually happening and what deserves attention first. Clear writing, real talk, no jargon.
1 to 2 weeks
Knowing what's broken is only useful if you know what to do next. The Roadmap takes the findings from the Audit and turns ambiguity into action. A prioritized 90-day plan your team can actually execute on. It's the bridge between diagnosis and momentum. Often paired with the Audit, but can stand alone if you already know the problem.
custom scope
Not every team is trying to fix a broken PLG motion. Some are starting from scratch. If you're building PLG into your product for the first time, I can help you do it in a way that's actually set up to work. That means getting the right people aligned, establishing the principles early, building the processes before they become problems, and creating practices your team can sustain. Starting right is a lot cheaper than fixing it later.
not sure where to start?
A 45-minute coaching introduction. We'll talk through where you are, what's feeling stuck or scattered, and whether working together makes sense. No pitch, no prep required.
Examples of what it looks like to walk into ambiguity and walk out with something that works.
THE SITUATION
Multiple income streams, too many projects running at once, and no clear way to decide what to cut or what to grow. Some projects were building momentum, others were quietly draining time and energy with no real path forward. The workload felt overwhelming but it was hard to see why.
THE SITUATION
Duplicate and invalid Salesforce objects were silently corrupting business reporting, marketing spend, sales targeting, and analytics. Nobody owned it. Nobody knew where to start.
THE SITUATION
A Growth team shipping experiments into the void. No shared understanding of why experiments were running, no feedback loop when they closed. Engineers making technical tradeoffs without business context. Disconnected work, disconnected people.
the framework behind the work
Every engagement runs through the same lens: the four dimensions that determine whether PLG works or doesn't.
Who owns growth, how decisions get made, where accountability breaks down
How experiments get prioritized, run, and learned from
Whether the org actually believes in PLG or is paying lip service to it
The day-to-day habits and rhythms that make it stick over time

Book a free 20-minute call →No prep needed. Just an honest conversation about where you are, where you'd like to be, and whether talking more makes sense. 20 minutes, on me.
Tell me what you're working through. We'll have a real conversation and see where it goes.
More of a writer? That works too. Tell me what's going on and I'll write back.
